They took my deposit and my room was clean not smoked in or anything they charged my card twice once for the price of the room and for the deposit I was suppose to get back. I called my bank and my bank confirmed that they did in fact charge my card

Very clean and updated rooms. It was quiet and great for the value. Rooms as good as a 3 star in this area for a third of the price.
Negatives:
The location is a little different, but it helps with safety but can be a little intimidating if you don't know the area. After hours check in and staff aren't very helpful and they're very slow to release deposits back to cards so make sure you check out

The room that was nothing like the pictures made it out to be all night the people in room 114 stayed right in front of my door and window all night talking load and kept knocking on my door and window I went to Office and could not get refund,new room

Yes, dishonest hotel. The hotel refused to refund 2 unused nights.
Negatives:
Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Every time a toilet flushed it was very load and constant. Boiler room was next door and very load. Could not hear the TV half of the time. The remote for TV didn’t work.
