Everything was broken. Pool was out of order, ice machine was out of order, orange juice out of order, fire place in room didnt work and had no hand soaps or dish soap.

Its not in good repair, the carpet is ripped. The sofa bed was dirty and the mattress was old , dirty, and not comfortable at all. My daughter couldnt even sleep on it.

The area was nice and quiet. Close to food places and shopping if needed.
The lady at the desk when I checked in explained everything super well and she even gave my son a little treat bag since it was his birthday!

I didn't have any concerns. Except that ice is only available on one floor.

Positives:
Full size fridge, stove top and cooking utensils save me money on food by being able to cook in my room. Full size sink and dish washer made it easy to keep everything clean. Rooms have a decent amount of space.

The location was great, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good. It had a good variety and was well stocked and looked after by the nicest lady. She was cheerful and accommodating to all the guests.
Negatives:
The pool water was pretty cold and the outdoor grill area needed some attention and some new furniture cushions.

I like the peacefulness of the area the hotel was in. The surrounding area of the hotel also had great food spots and good places to shop at.
Negatives:
I didnt like the nasty hotel rooms. The rooms need to be updated bad and the walls need to be cleaned and repainted. Every room in that hotel need a complete gut and redo. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

I love renting a full service apartment in an excellent location. I stayed two nights because I like it so much, but I had to get onto my final destination. Thank you staff for assigning me the perfect room and having it spic and span.
Negatives:
I can't think of a thing I would improve on, except maybe the price.. Of course, I'd like every place to be cheaper, in a perfect world.
