Location was perfect to hit up a Festival at the nearby Highland Festival Grounds in the Expo area. Included breakfast had some hot items, pour your own waffles, and breads and yogurt. There were nearby bars and restaurants, as well as an Aldi to shop for anything needed for our stay.

Room could have been cleaner upon arrival, breakfast was okay. Stayed for Bourbon & Beyond- called prior to confirm they had a shuttle to the fairgrounds, was told yes on weekdays only, turns out they did not at all. The location turned out to be a close walk, so no big issue.
