Especially liked the onsite historian. He gives a grear in depth tour of the hotel.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable.
The location is great. It is downtown and near downtown restaurants, distilleries and museums

Staff was not friendly. Housekeeping knocked on our door EVERY morning EARLY, The amenities of shower products were empty and never filled. The night Bartender definitely must hate his job. Room was supposed to have a giveaway bed. It was hid obviously in the storage room because we had tonrequest it and was told hopefully we have one left. Not sure what to do if we dont!!

I do the bathrooms had some type of fan that could be turned on. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows destroyed my neck.
