The hotel staff were excellent. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The staff was helpful and professional.
Negatives:
The freeway noise was pretty loud in the room, but bearable. Our room faced the freeway. The area around the hotel is not great, although they have security cameras at the hotel and Police patrol the parking lot regularly.

Just because they installed a microwave and mini fridge, doesn't count as a suit.
Picture of the pool show it to be indoors, however it was not.
The location is not a safe area.

Location, it was close to MATS show which I was supposed to attend for three days.
Negatives:
Hotel room was just OK, we cleaned few surfaces, it was very plain, nothing special, rooms didn't look exactly how displayed in photos online. Our sleep was interrupted throughout the entire night and in spite of informing front desk nothing was done about it. If you want to feel like you're sleeping at the bus station, this is your place. Our trip was cut short because of that. I was supposed to attend and work MATS vendor stand but I was unable to find another hotel, therefore I was forced to return to MI much earlier than expected. No partial refund was offered.
