Great stay for a tough visit (bereavement).

We were not able to use the Swimming pool which was the main reason we chose this hotel, our bedding was never changed the whole time we were there..I had to pay an additional $75 for my pet on top of the over $700 for the stay which my receipt did not match what I actually paid.. I will definitely not choose this hotel again!

There was 2 of us in the room and only 1 chair. When we mentioned it to the manager, he said sorry but you paid for a standard room, so that's all you get. Even when I explained I just had back surgery and my husband had 4 hip replacements, they still would not give us an extra chair for the room.
