The heat didnt work in our jacuzzi room. The lights didnt work. I have a 5 week old baby that was there with me. My phone didnt work in my room. I downgraded rooms and they wouldn't even give me a deal or discount. The new room they moved me into had poop in the toilet and dirty washcloths in the shower. It was a -5/10 experience. The staff were fighting in front of us at checkin.. it was very unprofessional

First room door wouldn’t open like it was locked from inside. Staff gave me another room but it was a king bed instead of the 2 queens I had booked. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Fire department showed up eventually and turned the alarm off. Then employee repeatedly loudly knocked on our door early in the morning bc their record showed no one should be in the room.

I called to let the hotel know that we would be very late to a day late. I asked to be charged for the room, so that we would have a room for homecoming week-end. The lady said okay. Once we arrived, the room had been cancelled.
