The hotel is in the perfect location and parking was close. The lobby was nice.
Negatives:
There were hair and toenails on the floor and counter. The fridge buzzed on and off all night and there was a loud high pitched whining sound, maybe the plumbing? Overall it looked nice but felt cheap. The pool had too much chlorine.

This was our second visit to this hotel. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location made it easy to explore Newport and Cincinnati. We will stay here in the future
