The room and bathroom were very clean, which I appreciate. The hotel was easy to find when traveling and within walking distance to our vacation destination.
Negatives:
I had an unfortunate experience with a stolen item. I left my HH rain jacket behind and called the hotel the same day to ask them to send it to me. I would have paid for this, of course. However, after talking with three people, I felt dismissed and they said no jacket was reported found. I asked to speak with a manager and she did not return any of my calls. I am considering my jacket stolen by housekeeping and the staff did not help my situation but rather dismissed me. This cost me greatly.

Love having breakfast in the mornings! Clean room and plenty of towels. Super nice to have mini fridge in the room. Plenty of outlets for plug ins.

I wish there was more options for breakfast, just had eggs, oatmeal and waffles. Didn't want to try the breakfast nuggets.

All employees were professional, courteous, nice and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Being able to walk from the hotel to so many places was fabulous.
Negatives:
Really wanted bacon with breakfast. Had to rotate one of the mattresses to find it more comfortable.
