DOUBLE CHARGED BANK CARD
Positives:
Breakfast was a danish or piece of toast.Desk manager mumbled and did not give eye contact. Security bolt on room door was broken off.

All the above remedied. They are not extreme measures or extremely costly to fix.

The only redeeming facts are that they still had smoking rooms available and the staff was quite friendly a d efficient.
Negatives:
Beds were clean, linen smelled fresh, but the room itself was run down and dirty. Air conditioner growled all night and kept shutting off, I could of stuck my fingers underneath the door, smoke alarm was broken and laying on top of a filthy looking microwave I was scared to open. Shower walls were cracked and broken.

Location was perfect for the event I was attending.
Negatives:
The room continuously had a strong cigarette smoke odor. I believe it was coming through the bathroom vent from the residents below. They did provide a bottle of room deodorizer. The WI-FI was so weak I had to use my data from my phone for the internet.
