Reserved two suites, one was fine, the other had two bunk beds and one queen bed. I have a painful back injury and have difficulty walking. The front desk noticed this but my room was at the end of the hall. When I asked, the response was that’s the room you reserved. Just happy it didn’t have bunk beds.
