Between Saturday, Jul 12th, 2025 at midnight and Sunday, Jul 13th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Jul 13th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 13, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Positives: Nothing. The hotel should have never been opened. They were not ready for customers. No elevator. No busboy. Luggage had to be hauled up to the second floor.

Negatives: Security was terrible. Had some shady guest and homeless in the parking lot. Side door was always being jammed so the homeless were coming in and out of the hotel. We were concerned for our safety so we went know where after dark. This hotel was barely worth 50$ let alone 400$. You should take them off your booking list before you start getting nonstop complaints.
