No one cleaned, i.e. emptied the trash, made the bed, or refreshed towels while I was there. I didn't actually mind, but someone else might.

Positives:
It was clean and most things worked. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
Not enough staff, but the staff present were dedicated to doing a good job. The TV controls needed significant staff assistance and still didn’t work as they’re supposed to work. The channels all worked and the picture and sound were good, so still okay.
