Negatives: Staff didn’t communicate well due to accident and not very forthcoming about the fact that they charge you again! A “deposit” for damage. I paid in full before hand and they were making a big deal about the fact that I paid through Apple Pay. The sheets were wrinkled and had stains. Room was “updated” but not very well at all. Exhausted in bathroom squeaked and room smelled like cannabis.

Negatives: The beds were hard as a rock, also the excellent breakfast described in the booking process is absolute crap. Picture added....

Negatives: The location was by a busy highway which made it difficult to sleep, due to the constant traffic all night. The sheets had holes in them. The bathroom curtain rod had mold on it, and the doors and walls had cracks and chipped paint. The room also smelled smokey

Negatives: The front Desk staff on check-in was very rude. She almost refused to give me a non-smoking room because she said I had already dirtied the room by walking into it. She was not polite at all. My new room was next to the laundry room and the machines would be turned on at 2am every night. They were very loud, as were most of the other guests around me. There was a room below me with barking German Shepards. The Motel staff didn't seem to care, and I was left getting only a few hours of restless sleep the whole week I was there. This is the second place I have stayed on business on this area and I can't say that either one was very good. The staff at these places do not act like they actually want guests to stay there.
