Positives: Very clean & the staff were friendly and helpful.

Positives: The beds and bedding were not great, but acceptable. The coffee was good.
Negatives: The hotel was clearly old and outdated. Very tired looking. The room was close to the freeway and very noisy.

Positives: The staff was great if I needed anything they where quick to help and friendly. If I didn't need anything they left me alone which I appreciate.
Negatives: Due to covid they set a cleaning schedule of every 3 days for each room in use. the room is only stocked with enough linen for 2 days. They will give you new linen if you ask for it witch is good but I was there for 5 days and my room was never cleaned.

Negatives: They did not havecomplimentary breakfast as advertised. no coffee maker in room as told by staff, burned my arm badly on scolding coffee from coffee bar due to no lids available.i have photos of all stated above.

Negatives: They could repair caulk around tubs and small repairs in room. But didn't affect overall experience.

Negatives: No breakfast and no substitution was offered during covid. WiFi did not work.

Positives: Staff was friendly, room was clean and well kept.
Negatives: Entire hotel had a very strong chlorine odor. Within 4 hours of checking in entire second floor hallway smelled like burnt ramen noodles. Not the hotels fault im fairly certain someone overdid it with microwaving something.

Positives: Clean, somewhat remote or not in the middle of major city. The sweet lady that did the cleaning! Breakfast was nice.
Negatives: I really wanted to use the swimming pool ! Actually thought of it 700 miles there. When i got there and checked in.. I asked the hours of the Pool and they told me it was broke and being fixed ... 2 day and no pool ever. Got to say that was dissapointin
