Positives: Breakfast was very nice choice of options. Dining area very clean.
Negatives: The dead bolt on the room didn’t work. Staff came to look. Said hotel was full so no other room to move to but we could leave snd they wouldn’t charge us!! Ridiculous response at 8 pm after being in car all day. We put chair by the door.
