Disgusting. Fleas & Dead bugs on
window sills, stains (appeared to be blood) on wall , filthy floor. The clerk was horrified, got us another room that was cleaner.
When we mentioned to a local the next day - their response was- oh yeah - that place is a “s—t hole”…. Attempting to get refund…

So friendly. We just moved to the area and stayed 4 days waiting to close on our house. They were friendly and so helpful since we are from Texas we had no idea how to get around our places to explore.

The breakfast was just cold cereal or oatmeal. I was expecting a little more like a waffle station or even fruit.

Could have had rooms with 2 king beds because the full beds just weren't big enough for my wife and I to share a bed.

The whole place needs a major update , the damp carpets, peeling wallpaper, cigarette burnt sinks, no cover on the exhaust fan so bugs are all over the back of the toilet, mildew smell, lightbulbs blown

Was ok for the 7hrs we needed but would not stay again until updated

Room overall appeared clean and was comfortable. Lights in working order; TV clear with channels accessible; no disturbing noises through the night; curtains kept out the parking lot light. Paid extra for early check in due to distance wedding and used room for clothing change which was appreciated to allow timely arrival to function and sleep.

Very poor upkeep of outside of facility ; office was very cluttered; attendant never stood to greet guest(s). Interior hallways dingy and not very bright. Stairway at each end of hallway making single elder female uncomfortable with that being only way to access second floor rooms; towels appeared old and grey colored. Bed sheets thin and in spots thread barren. I initially thought they were stained. Did not like sm refrigerator on floor beside bed by nightstand. Felt it would not be a place I’d want to put anything in if I were to use it due to it on floor.

Only had instant oatmeal,cereal and breakfast bars. Coffee. It was bug free we checked well with flash light. Bed and pillows very clean and comfortable. Good shower.
