The floors in our room were not clean. Our feet were black at the end of each evening
The pool was cold. A lot of the other guests were complaining about that also. We stayed on the 1st floor, which was fine, but our room was by.the pool table and the guest were loud, and we could hear them in our room.

The pool was not heated and it was indoor. It was too cold for me, my child adapted. Room was wrong upon arrival. They didn’t place me in the room I booked, when I pushed back, they were going to charge me extra. The hassle back and forth wasn’t warranted. I just wanted the larger room I clearly paid for. They blamed Booking.
