It was clean and easy to access. We liked the breakfast.
Negatives:
There were no clean towels and they refused to give us clean towels that were in empty rooms so we could shower. The pillows are miniatures and the covers are super thin. I’d bring my own towels, pillows, and blanket next time.

Everything! Wonderful experience. Staff was exceptional professional, impeccable customer service from the receptionist(Katelyn, the manager, housekeeper, and the additional front desk receptionist that were helpful from the time I checked in, and checked out. Great place! Could not have made a better choice.

Brittany was the front desk clerk and was helpful with the confusing check in.
Negatives:
Upon checking my bank records, I found a charge of $100 from Best Western I did NOT authorize. We were ACCUSED of having a dog in the room and the money was for deep cleaning. We did not have a dog. It took multiple phone calls to get refunded. I thought "the customer is always right". Guess not. BTW..I understand it has happened before.
