Lost my money

The room was clean, bed comfortable.
Negatives:
Made me give them another credit card for deposit on room. Lady told me I could get a receipt at checkout showing reversal of deposit. I asked for my receipt showing reversal and a different lady told me she could not print A receipt for me. Just reassured me the 50.00 deposit would be credited back to my credit card. Also no trolley to haul luggage and no elevator.

The rooms were so clean and smelt really good! The air conditioner worked soooo good! The showers were clean! The heated pool was beautiful! The staff was super nice and friendly! I will be staying here again!

The hostess on staff was exceptional!!!. However, a front desk employer changed our 'handicap' room to regular room (that was previously reserved) and put someone else in our room.
Negatives:
A staff member changing a room reservation without notifying us. The lack of a handicap room was a HUGE disadvantage.

I was informed the hot tub will not be available ever again. I was disappointed to hear about it. Considering I am always sore and tired each afternoon after work. And really enjoyed it.
