Positives:
It was very close to the event I was attending. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay; it was very nice to stay.
Negatives:
I checked in at 9 p.m. and the pool was scheduled to close at 10. Although I am a member of Holiday Inn, I have not been able to use my points at any stay. The television still was logged into the previous people who was in the room, and the overnight clerk was not able to tell me how to log out. I couldn't use the television for the entire stay, due to not being able to clock out of the last people who logged in.

Took 25 minutes ti check k in because credit card machine issues.
Double booked our room. Had someone try to come in.
Then double charged for room. Went you desk at checkout and the girl literally just looked at me shaking her head over and over again. I asked what the deal was and she just said that she couldn't see it!!
