The front desk team member was friendly, but overly so.
Negatives:
Not clean, had cockroaches, we were told that the cockroaches were normal. Room had holes in the wall, the tub was not attached to the floor, dead bugs in the lamps. We had to leave for our health.

I liked the price. It was very affordable.
Negatives:
The bed was very uncomfortable. The bathtub was scary. Also, the wall by the door was falling apart and the bathroom door would not close all the way. There was an ant problem and mosquitoes got in as well.

Did not realize that it is what I call a working person location, such as kitchenette, etc..
Had a coffee pot but no coffee..
No hair dryer..
No carpet..

Most of the furnishings were new. Very comfortable stay. Price was right.

Finish on tub was coming off. A few minor repairs could be made, but nothing that made the stay uncomfortable at all.
