Cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The cook to order breakfast was great surprise. The room was modern and beautiful.
Negatives:
To get ice, you had to wait for the concierge to be available to give it to you from the kitchen because there is no ice machine.
Larger garbage cans.are needed other than the one in the bathroom which is smaller than a milk jug. We managed to find one under the kitchen sink which was a big larger but it was full of trash when we found it.

The hotel has so much potential but unfortunately our room had so many maintenance issues that needed attention.

I made reservations on Booking.com and my reservation was confirmed. I booked my hotel room 3 days before my arrival date. When i reached to hotel after an LSU football game season opener, I was told by the front desk lady that the hotel “overbooked” rooms that night and that I did NOT have a room available. She apologized and said the hotel should have called me. At 11:00pm at night, i was without a room in a town where hotels were
sold out!! The lady said there was no rooms of any type at the hotel. I had to leave and seek a hotel room somewhere else in Baton Rouge that night!
