There wasn't much to like.
Negatives:
The staff was not helpful. Night one, they booked me for a room that was already occupied, causing me to go back to the desk while carrying a sleeping kid. She had to be asked twice to give us a different room. The air conditioner didn't work until the night before leaving, although we were promised it would have been fixed before. They promised 50% off because of the air but are refusing to answer emails or phone calls to comp is the money. Also, the pool was dirty, causing a bacteria infection in my daughter.

My late check-in was a seamless experience. The desk agent greeted me by name before I even had a chance to introduce myself—she had been expecting me, despite my delayed arrival. Her attentiveness made all the difference after a long journey. And the breakfast? Absolutely outstanding.
Negatives:
Housekeeping entered my room several hours before checkout, which I found intrusive and unexpected. I would have appreciated more respect for my privacy and timing.

I really liked the outdoor atmosphere while being indoors.. The hotel gave me cruise vibes.

The hotel suit itself was ok. The rugs were stained horribly in every room. They need to be pulled up and thrown away.

Negatives:
The rooms were dated and dirty. My allergies were kicking up because of the dust in the vents. The bathroom walls were water logged and molding.
The elevators had a strong chemical smell the entire time.
We had to request a new room because it felt uncomfortable compared to the embassy suits we generally book. This is my first bad stay at one. It was disappointing. The staff was accommodating and pleasant, however.
