There was no way to turn the fan on in my room. The wifi did not work, passcode may have been wrong they gave me. You can hear people outside of the room and in their rooms (coughing, dog barking), even flushing toilets. From across the hall. Doors aren't great for keeping sound out.

The hotel is new, beds comfortable and the staff was very friendly!
Negatives:
The breakfast was normal free hotel breakfast. I thought because they charged a fee that it would be better quality. Next time I would not purchase and go to chickfila instead.

I didn't like that no one call me back about my room, being disgusting. It was maybe blood on the door handle, something smear on the wall, the shower curtains have dirty soap suds on the shower curtain, and the hallway to my room smelling like smoke!!! Spoke to first desk, I was informed that the assistant manager would give a call that day (Saturday). and the assistant manager would return some of my money and the reason she could not do it is because I paid through a third party. I have yet to receive a call. I also call Monday to speak to the manager and was informed they were in a meeting, and they would have them call me as soon as they get out. It's Wednesday and no one has call or email me yet! I will be completing my reviews today across all social media. Because I spent my money and if you do not not care about your customers, more so the cleanliness of your Hotel, then I should let otherls no so they don't waste their hard earned money staying there!
