The front desk rep and the night manager were very kind and professional.
Negatives:
When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and when I went back to try and retrieve a physical key since we did a digital check-in, still had trouble locating a clerk. There was one set of towels in the bathroom which was odd. The sheets were stained with an unknown stickiness. The nightstand broke and the bed was very hard.
