"Free parking" wasnt free when they billed us after checkout, and not told about it either. One tub was leaking a bit and drain was shut so it was half full of water, the closets for both rooms were broken, and the battery compartment on the tv remote for the living room tv was broken. Glad i went to the desk 30 minutes after check in to let them know or im sure that would have been billed to me also.

The a/c was disconnected from the wall. The bedding had stains as if it wasn’t changed. It took hours for the room to cool down. The border around the floor was coming apart. Not enough towels in the room.

The toilet ran, dining room chairs dingy, no stopper in bathroom sink, the bedding for the sofa couch was dirty, the dust on the fan and ceiling was thick, dirty towels were picked up but no new ones in the room,had to ask for toilet paper.

I enjoyed the size of the room and the staff was very kind.

The hotel was old some of the amenities were antiquated and the room was not very clean. The shower was rusted the baseboards were not cleaned, the closet door was broken, the tv did not work properly in the king room, and the overall cleanliness of the room was subpar. There was a spider in my bed and two strange bugs were in the room and we never received a wifi code.

Less than average room; in an old hotel; that had antiquated amenities.

It was nearby my event and close to restaurants. They were nice enough to let me change my check out date

There was a bug inside the shower. The room was nice and accommodating, but the AC system was very noisy and I had to shut the door to the room. The ceiling fan was a first for me, but it was very noisy. Also, it was noisy when other guests used facilities I think the hot water made the pipes shake

My room was found with every drawer wide open and the sofa sleeper with the cushions off and the bed partially opened. I had ro fix all of this before I did anything else.

The room was horrible. The air conditioning broke the first day, they was supposed to have fixed it, but it broke again the next day and we had to keep complaining before they moved us into another room in the middle of the night. They offered no help
