Hyatt Place Baton Rouge I-10

Negatives: I chose this hotel purposely because of we didn't want to travel to get breakfast in the morning. Each time we went to breakfast there was no food available. We went only 45 minutes of them beginning for them to tell us that whatever they had out is what we could get and they weren't fixing anymore. So both days we were there we had to get in our car and go and find breakfast which was the whole reason I chose this hotel because of they said they offered breakfast. The breakfast staff was very rude and telling us that there wasn't fixing any more food. Also there was only one elevator available which was inconvenience because we had to wait a long time just to get to and fro our room. And our neighbors which I'm sure the hotel couldn't help was smoking marijuana in their room and it was so potent to it was coming into our room the smell.

Negatives: Everything was great, but one improvement would be charger ports to plug cords directly into

Negatives: The room had not been completely cleaned. There were dirty towels and cups. We called the desk and were offered a different room but we had already unpacked so declined. I went down to get clean towels and soap and no one was at the desk for over 5 minutes so I gave up. The floors in the common areas were very dirty. Outlet by sink didn’t work, clocks had not been reset for time change that was 4 days ago. Also when we arrived there were no handicap parking spots available and we noticed that one car that was parked in there did not have a tag or license so we told the desk person. After we had to park far away. The desk gal said it was her car and she shouldn’t have parked there-right! Just not impressed with their service and attention to detail!
