They won't rent to homeless people. So if you don't pull up in a car they won't rent a room to you. I had to wait at the waffle house next door with our luggage while my husband rented the room.

The location was good, the lady at the desk was very friendly.
Negatives:
The floor was wet, like the whole time almost like it was soaked-in with cleaner/disinfectant, which is what it smelled like in there. Half of the power outlets didn't seem to work either, and the only lights that worked in the room was only one of the lamps next to the bed, and the built in light above the beds.
