The shower curtain rod was laying in the floor, the toilet was running over in the floor, the front door lock was broken I went to the front desk she said the maintenance guy was gone for the day. My wife and I left, we got a room across the street.

The doors were falling off the hinges the air conditioner fell apart. there was a substance all over the pillow top. There were red stains and cigarette burns, and there were no sheets on the bed. It was very unclean, unprofessional, and unsanitary.

It's was ok. So rude and dus restful. I am a registered nurse who is traveling to aid with covid control after working for 16 hours the owner/meager refused to house me which was unwarranted.

The tv did not work. There was a hole in the wall in the bed headboard. The sheets had stains and cigarette holes in them. There was no blanket, only a thin duvet. There was food wrappers on the floor and the toilet has dirty toilet paper in it when we entered the bathroom. The towels had hair stuck in them. The secondary lock on the door (the door stopper) was busted. It was not our choice for hotel. Our other hotel overbooked and could not assist with getting us another place to stay. This place was through booking.com. Not recommended.

It had a smell of old cigarettes. The comforter had blood on it, holes in the sheets, traces of blood on the light switch. The towels were dingy looking..no need to go on. It was horrible.

I didn't stay at this location because I arrived at 3:30pm an the front desk told me thye didn't have any rooms ready and it would be a 30 minutes til an hour wait before any rooms would be ready. I waited that time frame and then went back to see if the room was ready, and the front desk told me the room still wasn't ready and didn't know when it would be ready. I asked if I could transfer my reservation to another location, and she said no. I asked her if there would be a discount for the inconvenience, and she said no. This was very unacceptable and a big inconvenience to me and my family.

Really nothing. The staff stays on the property and are really weird.

The hotel was supposed to be a non smoking but stunk of cigarettes. They sheets were dingy, the light was wrote on, the toilet was broke. They only provided towels once for my entire stay. The ice machine was broke, the pet fee is a bit pricey in the end

The pet fee is outrageous, they have roaches, and the air didnt work. Staff didnt care. Indian guy that worked at night and white last that worked in the morning was really rude for no reason
