Things were broken..they also had roaches.. items were missing out the room..

The room smelled like smoke although it was supposed to be non-smoking. The wifi and password provided to us were not available. There were small pieces of glass on the floor. The light fixture and toilet paper holder were broken in the restroom.

I felt like I was living in a halfway house no microwave last persons beer and socks still in the broke drawer no towels in the room even tho they had til midnight to clean and service the room the bolt is completely gone so the door opens easily the cable box I guess you would call it couldn’t be hooked up there is a massive rotting wall next to the bed the office chair is broken can’t sit in it they gave us four cups with no coffee maker or ice bucket for anything most of the plug were unusable also as they were broken

They gave us a remote within an hour of telling them there wasnt.

Filthy rooms, no remote at first, no light(was ripped out of wall in main part of room so we had to use the bathroom light, bathroom was disgusting. The floors were filthy, it looked like the room was never cleaned. Broken ice machines.

It was disgusting. Black mold above the shower. A pill on the floor. Room not mopped. Tv did not work. Front desk person was mean and rude. Will never recommend nor go back there again.
