Very clean, neat, comfortable, bed and bath were clean and presentable, the A/C worked well, I have a problem with the room darkening systems in hotels but this 1 was good--The curtains/blinds worked well to dim the room nicely in the daytime if desired, the breakfast set up SEEMED nice even though we didnt use it
