The lobby was so family friendly, and the hotel accommodated our group so well!! I found my family through a dna test and met them for the first time on hotel grounds ♡ great experience ♡ Food nearby was also EXCELLENT!! ♡♡♡♡

our shower doors were broken the cabling on the back of the tv was broken. after it was fixed they told us there was no guide on the tv because Cox was coming Monday. Unfortunately it was the weekend. There was mold on the corner of the outside of the shower doors. There was no soft drinks in hotel because they hadn’t realized it and there wouldn’t be any until Monday. This was on Saturday. The toilet didn’t work correctly. It would spray on your legs if you didn’t close it before you flushed it. The room was RIDICULOUSLY narrow. My wife and I couldn’t pass each other without turning sideways. I weigh 125 pounds. I’M SKINNY. The key lock to the pool didn’t work. They were fixing it Monday. Imagine that. They wanted people to reach over and open the gate from the inside. My wife and I are short, we couldn’t do that. Do I need to keep going? Because I could. By the way, I was being charged an average of $212 a night for this experience.
