Staff were very friendly and rooms were nice with a good breakfast.
Negatives:
Booked this hotel as it had an outside pool and have teenage boys who need a pool. When we arrived at reception note up to say “sorry, pool is closed”. No email and conflicting stories why closed. Day was arranged around the pool being open In 100 plus degrees so massively let down. Have emailed Hilton twice and not had decency to even reply.

Nice place but a bit confusing when you came into the hotel because it was actually two hotels in one inside. We actually went to the wrong side after checking in, up the elevator to our floor and thanks to another guest found that out. Other than that it was fine.
