The room was very run down, would not have stepped foot in the bathtub to shower, caulk missing, broken tiles. Very unhygienic. Toilet seat would not stay up. Sheets were clean, but reeked of bleach. No hand soap provided, just body wash. Have never been asked for a credit card to hold for any "incidentals", meaning should something be stolen or destroyed. Others in the breakfast area, had the same complaints and worse. It is a run down transient mess.

I never got stay they told us we could check in at noon than got there that said we couldn't check in intell 3 went back at 3 they said could' be 6 before we coupd check in.renund u we have 5 year old child and been driving since 4 that morning.so we just went found another motol.tham had great stay and was cheaper..won't evedbook another room here.they could of at least called us told us something.but didn't say that was sorry or anything
