My husband went to meet his birth mother for the first time. We met in the lobby and it was very comfortable and quiet.

The beds are very uncomfortable to the point that we left night early. There was a very strong smell of weed in the hallway that you could still smell in our room. And to top it off we found bloodly finger prints on the curtains like someone was checking to see who was around in the parking garage across the street ... so we ended up spending $700 on a very uncomfortable bed for only 2 nights ... if ypur going to spend that kind of money your better off staying at one of the casinos

I like the location of the property that it was near casino we were visiting.

I did not like the fact that I did not have Wi-Fi access, they did not allow me to have a late check out for one hour, or that the air in the bedroom did not work appropriately.

The whole stay was awful..the hotel was not up to date..the carpet was dirty in the hallway..the entrance to our door was dirty..candy rapper on floor next to bed..shower glass was dirty..the air conditioner wouldn't come on because it was set on low and we didn't know it had to be put on high after we had suffered all night..we called the front desk and a maintenance man came and told us it had to be on high..but there was no sign above thermostat to state this tho..there was no ventilation in the bathroom nor air conditioner vent..it was so hot in the bathroom area..I will never stay here again nor will I recommend it either

The size of the suite and kitchen area. The Residence Inn located in El Paso was awesome all the way around and we were hoping for the same experience.

The property was lacking routine maintenance. Some maintenance and paint would go a long way. The location of the hotel is a bit rough at night. The staff could use some customer service training. They were not friendly or welcoming.
