Lots of problems, cable or air channels didn't work in one room, plugs didn't work in the other, there was blood on the comforter and the peep hole, the carpet didn't meet up with the end of the room, wall patches, NO POOL

my room initially wasn't ready and I paid a week in advance for 2 Queen DOUBLE BED SMOKING ROOM only to be told the door battery is dead and I couldn't get the room and was told I would have to stay in a non smoking room and on top of that the non smoking room was filled with bed bugs, The lights didn't work in the restroom was forced to use my own flash light I got bitten multiple times by the bed bugs. the front desk agent didn't care and was nonchalant about my complaints.

The rooms had a terrible odor that nauseated me. It was filthy! Looked as if no one had cleaned it in a long time. We did not stay. Canceled and went elsewhere. Not recommended.

We did not stay due to very poor conditions

It allowed my pet. The front desk attendant was very nice and competent.
Negatives:
The room was old, the walls, outlets, fixtures, carpeting, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and furniture were all damaged. Holes in the carpeting, Sheetrock damage, no drain stopper in the tub, everything was old and worn. The door did not completely close.
