Positives:
Great room next to the exit door on the side near the Gazebo/Pool area. Great for my two dogs and I could park right next to the enterance. Clean room, very clean, easy parking, accomodating staff. Great Value
Negatives:
Breakfast wasnt good but it had some things i could eat real quick and throw in the ice chest for later. Roads near hotel are confusing at night if you dont know the area but I dont hold this against the hotel. I would come back if I ever pass that way again.

Amazing staff!! Very welcoming!

The breakfast was good. Even when they ran out because of the amount of people staying , they keep on filling up their stuff.
Negatives:
The room was not as advertised . No walk-in shower and no couch. The room we booked said those would be available . No excuse for the mix-up . The front desk was not knowledgeable about the area . No extra pillows .

Im sure the location had a lot to do with it, but I was attacked by mosquitos.
Conservation ??? But we stayed 3 nights and had no room attention, wasn't a fan of the breakfast, and small selection things to purchase.

I didn't like the fact that you accused my son of stealing when we went to pay for his chips he wanted and when I asked you to see the video footage you said maybe it wasn't him..I work damn hard and instilled that into him. You made him empty his pockets like he was a thief and he had money and the key card. Him and I was together the whole time. Yall hotel may be clean but the staff needs to learn that not all people steal..I will never stay at this hotel again. Ya'll ruined our night so thank you for that..
