Negatives: I haven't stayed at this hotel in almost 5 years and decided to give it a chance especially after COVID-19 I will have to give the hotel a one store locally for that because the towels were dirty the tub wasn't clean and the toilet wasn't clean as well.

Negatives: The only problem that I have each time is there's usually one little bitty bar of soap and there's not enough towels this time there was one towel with two floor mats for the shower/ bathtub there was one washcloth. The mattress, well on the left side of the bed the Springs were basically pressing up against the top I guess it's a hybrid and it's an older mattress and it was pressing up towards the top so it wasn't very comfortable and I didn't get it very much sleep. I've started to use that facility when I'm passing through. I mean I like the facility and the people are very nice it's just they might want to consider if it's a king room you may have more than one person and you may need more than one towel. I guess I could have asked for it but I didn't want to disturb.

Negatives: I'm not going to say I didn't like. It's just the hotel could use some upgrade. By it being right off the hwy. That's all!

Negatives: To start with, when we assigned our room, it was already occupied. Breakfast was roll, biscuit & sausage, and juice in a bag in frig. Coffee was offered. At least cereal and milk could have been offered to go with it since no cooking would have been involved. There was a mouse in our room of which my husband took care which was unnerving. For the price , more should have been offered.
