Positives:
Location, staff, cleanliness, amenities, etc. were all great! I especially appreciate your coffee bar having vanilla coffee mate and I only drink coffee if I can put that in it. It made my "wak-up" complete, so thank you!
Negatives:
The floors in our room were damp so my feet were damp and sticking to the floor. My socks would get wet in if I walked around in them. My boyfriend sat on the floor to put on his shoes and the butt of his pants got damp. This is South Louisiana, each room needs a humidifier in it. Also, the water has a bad sewer small so made consider a water filtration system?!?

Was great for what we needed for an over night stay.

I walked in after getting baptized. I was there sooner than I thought I’d be. I asked the woman at the desk if I could cancel by any chance she said no but that was fine because I knew that but to please my husband I had to ask. So i asked if I could check in early because I was not feeling well she offered me a room without the sofa bed instead of the room with the gives me a price 42 dollars more than I agreed on booking.com. I ask why is it so much she says oh it’s a fee we will give it back. I get to the room the bathroom light flickered like a scary movie which made me more nauseated so no shower. I try to lay down and the bed was so hard I had to sit on the couch. My husband and I left to find something to do around town. We decided to leave and come home in the end so we got a whole 5 hours with our bags in the room. They gave us the fee back it was only 25 dollars I know 17 dollars isn’t much but it’s the thought.
