The night staff was very rude. They initially gave us the wrong room. Told me to tell my kids not to destroy the room. Then told me I over booked and that’s why I didn’t get the room I requested and needed.

First, this hotel is an extended stay hotel and this is not provided on booking.com website. This means room is not restocked with fresh towels every day. Asked housekeeper for fresh towels and was left at the front desk for me to pickup. Not cleaned until you leave, if your stay is only a couple of days.
After paying online for room one week before arrival. My card was charged again after giving the clerk my card for incidentals.
Coffee maker was inoperable and the clerk wasn’t sure if I was entitled to one in my room.
Just a low budget motel 6 type feeling and amenities. If I wanted to stay at motel 6 I would have purchased a room there.
I do not recommend this establishment if you want yourself and your family to have a comfortable stay there.
