Positives: The front desk staff was very nice.

Negatives: No towels, wash clothes or pillowcase. Tub was clogged. There was no top sheet. The table was filthy (see photo). The towels they brought were dirty. See picture of washcloth. The room they transferred us to had no towels or washcloths. The bathroom and sink area was dirty and sticky. The came and mopped but did not mop behind the bathroom door. There was a hypodermic needle in the top of the elevator the three days we were there.
