It was very convenient to the location we were going too.
Negatives:
We had to try 3 different room keys until we were finally moved to a different room. Our new room did not have comforters on the bed, just a singular sheet, did not realize until we had come back ready for bed. Absolutely could have went and asked for one, we didn’t because we were so tired. No fridge or microwave in our room, even though our friends had it in their rooms. Hardly any outlets in the room. Overall okay stay.

it just wasn’t for me...
Positives:
The location and only 1 staff that helped us with a taxi that was friendly and kind.
Negatives:
Whole stay without internet, must nearly beg for towels, door in the bathroom did'n close and in my friends room telephone did not work and the sink clogs, the person that handle the breakfast area speaks rude and 1 person of the housekeeping did not stop to hear you, she just walked away when you try to speak with her.

The security of the lobby. I checked very late. The front desk clerk was friendly.
Negatives:
One of the front desk clerks didn't speak or acknowledge me and remained sitting in a chair. I think they were doing a shift change but still. It's just courtesy!
