Didn't like the room or service, the staff was very rude and the rooms were very dirty. I guess you pay for what you get. Trash hiding behind the nightstand, juice bottles behind the bathroom door. Staff does not clean. Tub/ shower very fility bring your own cleaning supplies please!!!!!

although the location was convenient as it was not far from New Orleans that is about the only positive thing I can say about this place. From the moment we arrived the service was bad. The lady at the front desk was rude as ever, Her name was Nadege and she was too busy trying to hide the fact that she was Haitian to do the job she was paid for which was providing reasonable customer service. The rooms were nothing like the pictures, the pool had a greenish tinge so we could not use it . The so-called breakfast was inedible. If you are looking for a cheap hotel then I guess this would be fine but if you are expecting good customer service, a digestible breakfast, and comfortable rooms then I suggest you go elsewhere.
