I had burn marks all over the tub in the bathroom, the toilet wasn’t very clean and the room smelled very dingy and like pee, I requested to switch rooms to a different one because it was in bad shape and she said she’d have to charge me for the first night anyway. So I kept the room and went to get air fresheners and disinfecting wipes to clean the room myself. I’d give the hotel 0 stars.

The pictures posted on booking.com must of been from when it was new. They place was run down and DIRTY....
I booked 2 rooms. The 1st room had trash bags sitting in front of the door upon our arrival. When I open the door the smell of urine was overwhelming!!! Not clean, walls, sticky floors, no door knob for the bathroom. The other room was an adjoining room BUT of course not to ours even though we requested the rooms to be close. There was a chair jammed under the door knob to the adjacent room, I'm assuming the lock did not work. The other chair in the room looked like it had poop smeared on it. DIRTY, sticky floors and only sheets no blanket. When I went to the front desk to complain about the smell, the poop chair and no blanket they did not seem to care. They said they did not have any other rooms available. As for the blanket they said they did not have one and to wait till another employee came in at 11pm to see if there was one in the laundry room. We did get the blanket at 11pm. The mattress and blankets were stained, the outside door to the lobby did not work, even with a key card. We had to walk around to the main entrance. And of course is was Pouring rain. Was told it was broken also. I'm not looking for a 5 star room, just something decent and CLEAN... I have stayed in Wyndham hotels before and never had an experience like this!!!

We had to wait a few hours to be called when our room was ready and they never called, we had to call them. The key card had to be activated everyday. It stopped working every day! We got attitude every time we had to get it activated. We were scolded and kept being told “you have to keep the key card away from your phone, out of your purse and not in your wallet”
