Booked room for 3 people but yet no sheets, blankets or pillow for sofa/converter bed for our son. Room was dirty and damp. Clothes were left in bathroom from previous occupancants. Asked for towels at midnight because we had none and was given one towel and one wash rag for 3 people because that’s all front desk had and housekeeping was gone. Went down at 10am asking for more towels and still couldn’t get any because housekeeping still hadn’t come in.

It smelled like straight pee from the lobby to the room, it looked like blood stains on the floor which had me worried, and there were cigarette burns on the blankets.

It was filthy, they only supplied 1 or 2 towels per room regardless of number of guests. No hot water. Roaches! And, when my wife, who is 64 and disabled, went to the desk to inquire about towels and tell them about the roaches, they told us to leave the property. They had security escort us off and would not refund our money. We had only been there an hour and a half, and, most of that time was at the filthy IHOP next door!
Add to this glowing review the hookers wandering the lot, and you'll understand why, other than the lack of refund, we weren't too disappointed in leaving.
