Loud, cigarette smells was terrible no or limited cleaning service basic supplies we had to get ourselves. Checked in with 4 people they might leave 2 towels no wash clothes no bath mats where given 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no extra. Always had to walk around building since doors to access would not open

Everything from the dirty room with no towels but roaches to keep you company. 1st room no refrigerator or microwave. 2nd room once I asked to be moved to another room was better than the 1st but no safety lock on the door. Television did not work had get the power cord from front desk then cable box not working. I had know idea that this hotel brand had fell off like this.

The rooms were disgusting and a genuine health hazard. Large blood stain on the bed, burn holes in the sheets and covers, walls and beds not clean, dead roaches and maggots, there was a hole in the wall that went under the hotel that would not close, smelled of urine, and mold, just unpleasant all around.

Blood on walls. Mold in bathroom. ALOT of mold. Very nasty tub. Broken toilet. Smells nasty. Property had trash EVERYWHERE. Police were called on someone and they said they get more calls there than anywhere else. Drug overdoses, prostitution ect. DO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures are VERY DECEPTIVE. We checked in and right back out. 4 other people did the same right behind us. Ramada airport was a lifesaver.
