They promised to refund us because we couldn’t stay there.
Negatives:
They advertise as being part of a franchise but don’t deliver the same quality as the other hotels in the franchise. Very dissatisfied. The room should have been with refrigerator and kitchenette but it was far from that. As we were leaving they finally had someone coming with a refrigerator that could barely hold a couple of drinks.

I went there to swim and use the hot tub. The pool was still closed from it being shocked. The hot tub was broken. The desk clerk said the hot tub never works. Not anywhere in the hotel's description did it say these were closed. No I won't recommend it or go there again
