Positives:
We tried to cancel the reservation but could not get through to anyone on line or direct dial. The phone number on the confirmation was completely wrong and when we tried to call direct we still couldn’t get through. Even our confirmation numbers didn’t match the one the 3 rd party needed to cancel. We had car issues and we’re not going to be able to arrive on 09/11. Very, very frustrating. We would like a credit on the billing since we did not stay at the hotel.

We booked this room for guests for our wedding. Mrs. Francis at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. She helped us get everything paid for prior to our guests arriving so we didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day! Thank you!

They never swapped my dates over at Hampton Inn after confirming the date change with booking.com. when arrived, they said we were a no show and canceled room and charged me. We are still fighting to get refunded for their mistake!

Room had a strange smell, needed remodel, elevator extremely slow. When we went to eat breakfast there was a sports team staying that occupied every single table at breakfast. We waited a while and finally asked at front desk if there was another space to sit. They were not helpful at all. Needs better management. Room was overpriced for what it was.
