I don't know what the plus stood for other than added price. No breakfast. To be ranked as a three-star was really a mistake. If you have to access your room from the outside like a motel, that should be a two Star automatically

The bed was a dream of lush comfort. And parking right at our door felt more secure than leaving our vehicle unseen in a distant parking spot.
Negatives:
I drove a large UHaul truck and parking was tight in width and length. So maybe a few large parking spots for UHaul, RV, Truck/boat, would be an appreciated option for future guests.

Overall pleasant stay. Clerk at desk on arrival and leaving were very nice.

The AC wasn't cooling, the check-in receptionist kept snapping her fingers while i was checking in, which was very annoying. Also the breakfast was very sparse.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay

Staff was great, clean rooms, The room itself was a little echoey, but I didn't hear any of the other rooms around us. And we were right by the front area. The rooms were very quiet.
Negatives:
When it said a Suite I thought one of them would have doors. And there were no doors to section off the rooms. They were separate, but there was no door to the main one.
